Mary Hartwell

Mary Hartwell is the Founder and Principal of Hartwell & Co., an AI and data governance advisory firm. She previously led Syniti's Global Data Governance Practice and spent five years at IBM on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations. Her governance programs won the 2026 Data Governance Solution of the Year award, and her writing on AI readiness and data governance has appeared in NODE Magazine, Connectivity4IR, and TechNovice.
